Midleton Dair Ghaelach Bluebell Forest is the latest edition in the Virgin Oak Collection. It is made up of a selection of Midletons pot still whiskies matured for between 12 and 23 years in American oak barrels then finished in hogshead casks made from Irish oak grown in the Bluebell Forest in County Kilkenny. Its bottled at cask strength between 55.3% ABV and 56.3% ABV.
