Versatile and cocktail-friendly. This absinthe is relatively light-bodied with a pale translucent green color and an overwhelming licorice-candy scent like a box of Good & Plenty. With ice water fennel flavors become more pronounced. Although this isnt a sweet absinthe it blended easily and pleasantly with sugar.
