Traditionally produced with temperature and phenolic compound control during fermentation and maceration. Aged for at least 18 months in 100% French oak barrels less than 2 years old. Nose: Complex to the nose, black fruits, hints of minerals, toasted cereals, roasted coffee beans and balsamic notes.
Palate: Powerful, flavorful, with a good backbone and full weight of fruit, well balanced, elegant flow, with fine tannins still present and a creamy, balsamic finish. Roasted sensation.
